Ever wondered why some people’s letters get listed on City Council’s agenda and others do not?

If you wish your correspondence to become a matter of record you must address the correspondence to:

Mayor Bratina and Members of Council
c/o City Clerk’s Office
City of Hamilton
71 Main St. W., 1st Floor
Hamilton, ON L8P 4Y5

Letter’s must be submitted in advance of the next Committee of the Whole.  State that you wish that the matter be added to the next agenda.
